Cases Report
Cases Report is a centralized repository of open and closed support tickets submitted by Model N customers. It allows users to download a complete list of their cases in CSV, XLS, or PDF format for easy tracking and record-keeping.
Cases Report is available for Customers in the Community Portal (until September 1, 2025) and the Helpcenter (starting July 14, 2025). Starting September 1st, Cases Report can be accessed exclusively through Helpcenter.
To access cases report in Helpcenter, please go to SPTM > Customer Specific > Cases Report. If you are using AI Helpcenter, please click the first link in search.
