List of features and enhancements

Support for enabling and viewing NDC 11 information in various modules of SPTM

As a SPTM user, you should have access to NDC-11 information in Events, Price Change Requests, Products, and Price Editor sections so that you can work with the needed products.

NOTE: For Events, NDC 11 information is displayed in the Pricing sub tab for only Price Change and Product Launch events.

To enable the display of NDC 11 information in SPTM for vairous modules, an administrator must

Enable the SPTM_Show_NDC11Info custom setting
Add NDC 11 field to the Price Editor Price Fields field set of the Country Product SKU object

NOTE: Model N recommends that you first enable the SPTM_Show_NDC11Info custom setting and then edit the Price Editor Price Fields field set to display NDC 11 information in Price Editor.

Ability to remove fields from Disclosure before downloading it

SPTM users now have the ability to remove fields from the UI and then download the disclosures. The downloaded file reflects the columns as per the UI, that is, the columns in the downloaded file are same as that displayed in the UI. This enhancement helps the SPTM user to remove fields such as Events Number, Thresholds, and so on which are irrelevant to Government Authorities.

NOTE:

Model N recommends that you do not remove the NDC 11, Product SKU, and Price Approval columns from the table.
The question columns selection is not persisted while all other main field preferences are saved.

Saving Compliance Data for Price Change Request (PCR) when reports are not generated

After price compliance data is generated for a PCR, you can save the disclosure data before generating reports.
Click Save Disclosure Data to save the disclosure data.

After you have saved the disclosure data, the Update Disclosure Data option is available.
If you have changed any data in PCR, say proposed price for a SKU, you can save the PCR to update the data in the Price Complice tab and then click Update Disclosure Data to update the saved disclosure data.

NOTE: Once you generate reports for a PCR, the Save Disclosure Data and Update Disclosure Data options are not available.

Usability Enhancements

Disclosure Content Template view

Column order has been updated for Disclosure Content Template view that is accessible through the related list view from Disclosure Template.

The related list of disclosure content template is - Disclosure Content Template Name | Question | Sort Order | Description.

NOTE: Default sorting for the data in Disclosure Content Template is based on sort order column.

Related fields added to Statute/Bill and Disclosure Template lookup fields

When an SPTM user is manually creating a disclosure and performing a lookup for

Statute/Bill, they can view related fields State, Status, and Submission Type.
Disclosure Template, they can view related field Submission Type.

These related fields for Statute/Bill and Disclosure Template help them to select the correct legislation rule when a state has multiple rules.

Canceling a disclosure

When you cancel a disclosure, you are now asked to confirm the action.

As a SPTM user, you can have a better view of the Disclosures and attached SKUs to work efficiently on them.

Usability enhancements to Disclosures include:

Disclosure Information has been made collapsible/expandable so that you can have a longer view to the questions/answers.
In the Price Approval column, when you click a price approval, the details of the approval are displayed in a separate tab.
The headers in the table have been frozen so they are always visible when scrolling down through the data rows. For reports with a lot of questions, when you scroll to the right or down through the data, it is helpful to know what data you are viewing.
Width of the Comments field has been increased to capture more information.

Disclosure Template view

Usability enhancements to Disclosure Template include:

Information tool tips have been added to the Disclosure deadline, days and Notification before, days fields.
Added information that the Schedule Disclosure Frequency section is only applicable for WAC/Product Identified types.

Home tab

Re-arranged the order in which sections in the Home Page are displayed. The section are now displayed in the following order.

Disclosure -Next 30 days or overdue.
Disclosure -Pending my approval
Calendar events -Upcoming Price events

Using SPTM - Home tab

New Price Increase Threshold view

From this release onward, the Use Launch Price option is selected by default for each New Price Increase Threshold that is created.

New fields added to Country product SKU and Product Family objects

Reference - Country Product SKU object - NDC 9, Original NDC, Route, Additional Product Description, and FDA Application Number fields have been added.

Reference - Product Family object - RXCUI, Manufacturer Name, Labeler Code, Supplemental Number, FDA Application Type, Is 5I Indicator ?, Is Orphan Drug ?, Has Clotting Factor ?, and Pediatric Indication ? fields have been added.

Price compliance tab data is now displayed in sort order

Statute/bill and Disclosures in price compliance tab for single product price change requests and multi-product price change requests are now displayed in sort order.

Enhancement to Status of Pending My Approval List

In case of unanimous approval for SPTM disclosures, the approval status was not getting updated correctly.

Prior to this release, if you had users A, B, and C in level one of approval, after submission of the disclosure for approval, the disclosure status was pending for all the three users. However, after user A approved the disclosure, it was still shown in pending status for the user till all the approvers of level 1 approved the disclosure.

From this release onward, the status of the disclosure is updated correctly. When user A approves the disclosure, for them the status of the disclosure is updated to approved. However, for users B and C the status is pending approval as they have not approved the disclosure. Only when they approve the disclosure, the status is changed to approved for them.

NOTE: Once a user upgrades to Spring 23 release, if they have already approved a disclosure, they would still view the disclosure it in their pending my approval list unless any other user takes action on the same disclosure.
