Recalling an Approved Disclosure

As a disclosure submitter, if you need to amend or update a report, you can now recall an approved disclosure and resubmit it; instead of creating a new disclosure.

Editing Documents during Disclosure Approval Process

As a SPTM user, you cannot edit documents once the disclosure is in Approval process. However, a submitter/report owner views all file menu option in Draft, Collaborate, Reject, and Recall statuses.

Regenerating Disclosures for PCRs and Events

As a SPTM user, you can regenerate disclosures for a particular PCR/Event. For all the Draft disclosures related to the PCR/Events, the SKUs are removed. On regeneration, they are added to the existing disclosure needed.

Ability to Connect Questions in Disclosures with Fields from Objects

As an SPTM user, you can configure the following objects and their corresponding field in Disclosure Content Template along with questions -

Country Product SKU, Calendar Event, Price Approval, and parent objects of these objects.

When you generate disclosures, the pre-defined answers that are present in the system records for the selected fields are populated for the questions.

For example, you can define the Country Product SKU or Event field along with the Disclosure Content Template Questions so that the question related to a Product SKU in a disclosure has the answers pre-populated from Country Product SKU or Event.

If pre-defined answers are not found, you can edit the fields, enter the answers manually, and save them.

Using SPTM - Adding State Price Transparency Management compliance records

As a disclosure owner, you must answer the questions that are part of the disclosure. You must include reasons for the price increase or product launch to exceed the specified threshold.

The pre-defined answers that are present in the system records are populated for the questions where Reference Object and Reference Field have been selected in Disclosure Content Template. You can change the pre-defined values by editing them.

Ability to Create State Report Asynchronously from PCR

From this release onward, you can generate the disclosures for all states without getting CPU/Resource usage errors.

To enable you to do this, three new custom settings have been introduced - SPTM_Preview_Sku_Size, SPTM_PageSize_MultiPCR, and SPTM_CreateDisclosure_Batch_Size.

Reference - SPTM_Preview_Sku_Size, SPTM_PageSize_MultiPCR, and SPTM_CreateDisclosure_Batch_Size have been added - Custom settings for SPTM

When you create disclosures, the disclosures are created in batches of the number specified in the SPTM_CreateDisclosure_Batch_Size custom setting and the progress is displayed in user interface.

For example,

Consider that a multi-product price approval has 650 proposed prices added to it.

If the value of the SPTM_Preview_Sku_Size custom setting has been set to 100, a message stating that preview of disclosures is not available in the Price Compliance tab, as the price proposal has prices more than what has been specified in the SPTM_Preview_Sku_Size custom setting.

Pagination for Multi-PCR/Events

As an SPTM user you can view Disclosures in a pagination format.

With this feature, custom implementation of pagination has been done for Price compliance tables in both, Price Approval and Events tab.

To navigate through Price Compliance records in Price Approval and Events tab

• Click Previous to go to the previous page.
• Click Next to go to the next page.
• Click a page number to navigate to that page.
  For example, click 1 to navigate to the first page.
• Choose the number of records form the Show n items list, where n is 5, 10, or 25, to restrict the number of records displayed per page.

Generating a Disclosure from a Finalized PCR 

From this release onward, you can now view the Regenerate Disclosures option in the Price Compliance tab for Finalized Price Change Requests.

Enhancements - SPTM Price Compliance

The Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns are included in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events.

A new Extended Custom setting called SPTM_PriceComplianceFields has been introduced for this patch release. The default values are PenaltyPerDay__c,PenaltyMax__c.
These columns are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab next to the Statute/Bill column and are highlighted in red color.
Any field from the Rule object can be specified as values for this custom settings. Fields other than Penalty Max and Penalty/per day specified in this custom setting are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab but are not highlighted.

When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is inactive, the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns are not displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events; this is irrespective of whether any value has been specified for the custom setting.

When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is active, and the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns have no data, the columns are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events; but no data is displayed.

When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is active, and the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns have data, the columns are displayed with data in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events and are highlighted.

Price Compliance Data Download before Creating Reports 

From this release onward, you can download price compliance data before creating disclosures.

As a regional affiliate, you now have the option to first download the price compliance data and view it, then create the required disclosures.

When you navigate to the Price Compliance sub tab for a single product price change request, a multi-product price change request, a Price Change event, or a Product Launch event, you can view the following options:

• Download Data to view the price compliance data.
• Create Disclosures to create disclosures.

The options are available for single product price change requests, multi-product price change requests, Price Change events, or Product Launch events. The options are available in all statuses of a price change request.

Click Download data to export the Price Compliance data for a Price Change Request in a CSV file.

The downloaded file appears at the bottom of the browser and is downloaded into your default Downloads directory. The file name is <PPA-xxxxxx>-Price Compliance.
