Patch Release 26.3.1
The service patch 26.3.1 addresses the following issues (Release Date November 18, 2022)
- SPTM major version upgrade from v25.x to v26.x is required if installing from v25.x

WAC Disclosure - Net Yearly Increase
As an SPTM user, you can generate the Yearly Net Increase reports with the middle of the year increments counted for whole year.

SPTM- Cloning the Price change rule and making it as Product Launch rule not triggered the PL rule validations
Prior to this patch release, if you selected a price change legislation rule that has both, UOM and Price increase threshold, and cloned it, the clone did not show any errors.
From this patch release onward, a validation error stating that price increase thresholds are not applicable for the Product Launch Rule is displayed.
User is not allowed to change the submission type of a legislation rule.

SPTM Events - Performance issue in case ALL Skus and ALL PT
Prior to this release, when you had All SKUs and All Price Types for a Price Change or Product Launch event, and you tried to generate disclosures, CPU/Resource usage errors were displayed and the disclosures were not generated.
From this release onward, when you have all SKUs and all price types for a Price Change or Product Launch event, and you try to generate disclosures, you can generate the disclosures for all SKUs and all price types without getting CPU/Resource usage errors.
To enable you to do this, the following new custom settings have been introduced - SPTM_Preview_Sku_Size and SPTM_CreateDisclosure_Batch_Size.

When you create disclosures, the disclosures are created in batches of the number specified in the SPTM_CreateDisclosure_Batch_Size custom setting (default 150) and the progress is displayed in user interface.

A new custom setting called SPTM_OutputCreation_Batch_Size has been added to define the minimum output records that need to be considered for batch processing.

Unable to Generate a Disclosure from a Finalized PCR
You can now view the Regenerate Disclosures option in the Price Compliance tab for Finalized Price Change Requests.

Minor Observation order in which states are displayed in Price compliance tab varies between a Approved PCR & Finalized PCR
For Price Change Requests and in the Events tab, the system now orders the rules by the state. This is applicable to both, before and after creating reports.

SPTM - Unable to download and upload disclosure data.
From this patch release onward, effective date has been removed from uniqueness and this resolve all date-related issues.
However, now uniqueness is maintained with SKU+PPA_ID for PCR.

Provide Greater Than or Greater Than Equal to option while defining Thresholds in Legislations
Threshold Comparator field has been added to Price Increase Threshold and Legislation UOM Threshold (Price Increase). For the legislation rule, you may choose the required threshold comparator from the drop-down. By default, it is set to >. Out-of-the-box values are >, <, >=, and <=.

SPTM - Sales Team Enhancements - SPTM Price Compliance
The Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns are included in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events.
A new Extended Custom setting called SPTM_PriceComplianceFields has been introduced for this patch release. The default values are PenaltyPerDay__c,PenaltyMax__c.
These columns are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab next to the Statute/Bill column and are highlighted in red color.
Any field from the Rule object can be specified as values for this custom settings. Fields other than Penalty Max and Penalty/per day specified in this custom setting are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab but are not highlighted.
The following extended custom setting has been added:

When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is inactive, the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns are not displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events; this is irrespective of whether any value has been specified for the custom setting.
When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is active, and the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns have no data, the columns are displayed in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events; but no data is displayed.
When the SPTM_PriceComplianceFields custom setting is active, and the Penalty Max and Penalty/per day columns have data, the columns are displayed with data in the Price Compliance sub tab for Price Change Requests and Events and are highlighted.
