Copying a Submission
About Copying a Submission
The copying Submission feature allows the Validation Analyst to copy the Non-Coverage Gap and Coverage Gap Submission row information on the Submissions list table to the clipboard for insertion into another Submission. The Analyst can copy one or more than one selected Submission row information from the list table.
The copy Submission action is different from the duplicate submission.
Note:
-
Only Validation Analysts with Edit access can perform the Copy Submission action. Validation Analysts with Read-only access can not perform the Copy Submission action.
-
When Submission information is copied to an Excel sheet, the formatting for the date fields and amount fields changes as per the Microsoft Excel localization configuration. Hence, it is recommended that you review the copied information and make necessary changes to fix the formatting before reusing the copied information. When the information is copied to a txt file, the formatting is retained as is.
The Analyst has the following three copying options:
-
Copy:
This option copies just the row information without the header and group header. Only the cell information from the table is copied.
