Viewing Available Exported Files for all Submissions
[Applicable for Fall 23 RP3 and later release]
Overview
The Export button lets analysts view and download available export files for Non-Coverage Gap and Coverage Gap Submissions. Clicking the Export button opens the Exports drawer, which displays a list of all exported files for the Submissions. Analysts can then download these files directly from the Exports drawer. The appearance of the Export in this drawer occurs whether the export is initiated as a bulk action from the Submission List screen or performed for an individual submission within the Submission Details area.
Viewing the Exported Files
To view export files available for all Submissions:

On the Submissions grid, click the Export button.
Note: The Export button is not displayed when a Submission (s) is selected on the grid. -
The Exports drawer is displayed.
All the available exports are listed on the Download available exports grid.
On the Exports drawer, the Analyst can view the following details:-
File Name: Specifies the name of the exported file. The name provided in the Publish submission name field is assigned to the exported file.

Download: Using the download option, the Analyst can download the exported .txt file.

Type: The file type is displayed.

Submission Name: Displays the name of the Submission the export file is available.

Submission ID: Displays the Submission ID.

Contract Name: Displays the Submission Contract Name.

Contracts ID: Displays the Contract ID.

Options: The Options column displays a consolidated list of all the options selected in the Publish Options tab, like Transaction period, Publish options, Export Mapping set name, and the Line Status value.

User: Specifies the name of the user who performed the export task.

Date & Time: Specifies the date and time information when the file was exported.

You can apply sorting and filter the rows to view the required records on the Exports grid.
