List of features and enhancements
SPTM logo
SPTM logo has been added to the application. This logo is displayed on every page of the application at the upper left-hand corner.
Support for the fields from the Price Approval Price object the Questions/Answers Mapping for Disclosure Template
For Disclosure Content Template, the Price Approval Price object is now available as one of the out-of-the-box values.
Using SPTM - Adding State Price Transparency Management compliance records
States Not Breached sub tab added to the Price Compliance tab for better visibility of reasons for prices/legislations not being breached for a state
A new sub tab called State Not Breached has been added to the Price Compliance tab.
This is applicable to Price Change, Product Launch, and FDA Action events only.
The State Not Breached sub tab displays a Comments columns that lists the possible reasons for prices/legislations not being breached for a state.
SPTM users can view the ‘Non Breached' thresholds as well in Compliance sub tab . Also, displaying the Threshold formula along with the Statute/Bill Name and the corresponding Threshold numbers in the Threshold Type column.
This is valid only for Price Change and Product Launch events. Non Breached thresholds are not shown anywhere in the Disclosures. If disclosures are already created before this release then the not breached thresholds wont be displayed in the Compliance tab. It will only be displayed if disclosures are not created or on regeneration fo disclosures.
NOTE: The price compliance data is now displayed in the Compliance sub tab of the Price Compliance tab.
Using SPTM - FDA Action compliance and disclosure creation for product SKUs in the event
Max Non Reportable Price sub tab added to the Price Compliance tab to display a list of states for which disclosures are generated when the proposed price is 0.1% more than Max Non Reportable Price
A new sub tab called Max Non Reportable Price has been added to the Price Compliance tab.
This is applicable to Price Change and Product Launch events only.

Ability to export the Price Compliance tab data in Excel
As a SPTM user, you can now export the Price Compliance tab data for Price Change, Product Launch, and FDA events (with all the three sub tabs) in Excel. This can be used for reporting purposes.
Click Export in the Price Compliance tab to export the data for the sub tabs, namely, Compliance, States Not Breached, and Max Non Reportable Price.

Usability Enhancements
Adding additional fields when generating Disclosures
When Disclosures are generated, you can add the MnPriceApprovalPrice__ c object to the extended SPTM_ContentTemplate_RefObjects custom setting so that the fields of the MnPriceApprovalPrice__c object are displayed in the Reference Object/Reference Fields of Disclosure Content Template.
Current price and Previous price can be added to the MnAuthor template to generate the document. This is similar to Effective Date and Proposed Price which can be added to the MnAuthor template directly.
Prices are considered as on the date the disclosures are created.
Using SPTM - Creating and Regenerating Disclosures
Save and New option added to Disclosure Content Template
The Save and New option has been added to the Disclosure Content Template to create multiple Disclosure Content Templates without navigating back to the detail page.
When multiple questions need to be added, this is done faster by staying within the context.
Using SPTM - Adding State Price Transparency Management compliance records
For WAC and Product Identified Disclosures, the product type is filtered based on the drug type mentioned in the Legislation Rule
You can add only the products belonging to the drug types mentioned in the corresponding Legislation Rule/Bill in WAC and Product Identified type of Disclosures (both manually created disclosures and those created with the scheduler). This is applicable if the drug type is mentioned in the corresponding Legislation Rule/Bill. Otherwise, all products are available for adding.
USing SPTM - Creating and Regenerating Disclosures
Option for Price Threshold Calendar look back to extend to Dec 31st
SPTM users now have the option to do a price look back to 31st Dec (instead of Jan 1st) when the price look back type is calendar in the legislation price increase threshold.
For this, the users must specify x.001 as the Calendar look back period.
If Calendar has been selected, then the system looks back x months to find the year to look for a historical price for the associated product SKU. These x months are specified in the Price Lookback Period (months) field.
If 24 is specified as the value for Price Lookback Period (months), and the current date is September 30, 2022, then the system looks back 24 months to September 30, 2020. However, since Calendar has been selected, the price that prevailed on January 1 of the year 2020 is considered for threshold comparison.
If 24.001 is specified as the value for Price Lookback Period (months), and the current date is September 30, 2022, then the system looks back 24 months to September 30, 2020. However, since Calendar has been selected, the price that prevailed on January 1 of the year 2020 should be considered for threshold comparison. However, as .001 is mentioned in the lookback, the price for one day before that is, December 31, 2019 is considered for threshold comparison.
Example
Consider the following Price Threshold has been defined for Calendar for a legislation.
Consider the following disclosures are generated for this legislation. Note that for 24 months Calendar look back period, the price as on January 01, 2022 is considered and for 24.001 months Calendar look back period, the price as on December 31, 2021 is considered.
